Yes, on request we take over instances and workflows too. We clarify exactly what that looks like on a call. If there is a reason it does not make sense, we say so openly.
There are two models. Either we manage things on your n8n instance or on our n8n enterprise instance. If we host it, the workflows run on our side. If you want to switch providers or run the workflows yourself, we hand the workflows over and delete the data on our side. We keep clients through good service, not by withholding information.
We can schedule a call at short notice. Once availability is settled, we set a kickoff date. From there it usually takes 10 to 30 days until the workflow is ready for production use.
As a rule we process within the EU. If even that is not enough, we run our own inference infrastructure so models can operate without any third-party provider. That is only truly necessary in exceptional cases. We are happy to work out what you need on a call.
We treat workflows like software. There are logs, error handling, fallbacks, and approval steps. And if something does go wrong, we get alerted and make sure the workflow runs reliably again.
We work with an external data protection officer through HeyData GmbH in Berlin. Our servers run exclusively in Europe. We document data flows and contracts. Data minimization matters to us, as does the transparency we ensure in every direction through data processing agreements.
